HerBasics Shipping Policy

At HerBasics, we’re dedicated to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping options, timeframes, and related details for purchases made on www.herbasics.com.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
If we experience unusually high order volumes or product delays, processing times may be extended. We’ll notify you by email if there’s a significant delay.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer the following options:
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) — Free on orders over $50
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Available at additional cost
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website or through your HerBasics account dashboard.
At this time, HerBasics ships to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the U.S. (unless otherwise stated).
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, HerBasics is not responsible for:
Delays caused by the carrier or weather conditions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office. If the issue persists, contact us at support@herbasics.com, and we’ll help investigate.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Please verify your shipping details before completing your order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. Delivery times vary by destination, and HerBasics is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
